Rooms will be available at the group rate only until July 13, 2010, and only for the number of rooms we have been able to contract for (400 rooms).

After July 13, 2010, and/or after all rooms blocked are booked, rooms will be billed at prevailing rates.

DO NOT wait until too long and expect the group rate.

You definitely will not be able to secure the lower rates after the above cutoff date.
